At the end of his tour of duty, Chief Prichard was the recipient of over 23 awards and accommodations to include the Meritorious Service Medal (MSM), Military Outstanding Volunteer Medal (MOVSM), four Accommodation medals (ARCOM), three Army Achievement Medals (AAM) along with numerous operation and unit citations.Īfter his military service Chief Prichard continued his law enforcement career and has served in some of the most challenging assignments. His last military assignment brought him to San Antonio where he was the security manager (S2) for a signals and intelligence site who provided support to the National Security Agency (NSA) and joint operations around the world. During his active-duty service, Chief Prichard served as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Field Office Southwest Asia in Kuwait, NATO support during peace keeping missions in Bosnia/Kosovo and later deployed to Afghanistan after 9/11 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom where he conducted counterintelligence operations. Wanting to serve his country Chief Prichard decided to join the military in 1997 and was accepted in the Military Intelligence Corps as a Counterintelligence (CI) Special Agent.
